Summary: My stay at the Mercure in Putrajaya was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, the Mercure Putrajaya combines lovely rooms, excellent service, and helpful staff, making it a great choice whether travelling for business or leisure.
